(2) $165,001,393. The value of the fines outstanding that were registered in the past two years is $96,007,509. It is estimated that up to 50% of that amount (approximately $48 million) will be satisfied once the enforcement sanctions have had a chance to take effect. Of the estimate $48 million, there is $16,013,620 already under time to pay arrangements. (3) 283,048.
