(2) If yes to (1), what was the total value of the invoices issued?
(3) Has the Minister or any of his agencies held any consultations with the City of Perth in relation to expenditure of the Perth Parking Management Fund?
(4) If yes to (3), when did those consultations occur?
(5) Has a draft list of proposals for the expenditure of the funds been developed?
(6) Was this list provided to the City of Perth as part of the consultation?
(7) If no to (3) or (6), when do you expect the consultation with the City of Perth to commence?
(8) Will the draft list of proposals utilise all of the unallocated funds?
(9) If no to (8), how much of the funds unallocated at 1 July 2010 do you expect will be utilised in this financial year, and each year of the Forward Estimates?

(1 - 11)  Yes, at an appropriate value of $29m. Various levels of consultation has been undertaken, including with the City of Perth in 2010. The government will consider a full range of proposals to enhance public transport initiatives in and around the CBD.
