For each agency within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities, has any officer above level 3.1 within those agencies, since 1 July 2011, accepted any hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual; and if so
(a) how many officers have accepted any hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual;
(b) what was the nature of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel, and what is the name of the individual or private company that offered them;
(c) what is the estimated individual value of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel; and
(d) does the agency have any commercial or financial relationship with the private company or individual, and if so, what is the nature of that commercial or financial relationship?

Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia(FESA)
(a) Four.
(b) Three of the four employees accepted an invitation extended from the BP Refinery in Kwinana to attend an AFL football match which included hospitality in the BP corporate box.
One of the four employees was provided accommodation and meals whilst representing FESA at the Rio Tinto Mines Rescue Challenge in Exmouth 27-30 October.
(c) The estimated value of the tickets for the corporate box was $150 each.
The estimated value of the meals and accommodation for Rio Tinto Mines Rescue Challenge was $750.
(d) FESA does not have a commercial or financial relationship with Rio Tinto however FESA does have a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with Rio Tinto allowing for the maintenance of private fire brigades and to support associated activities.
FESA does not have any commercial or financial relationship with BP Kwinana.
Office of Road Safety
(a - d) The Office of Road Safety is administratively supported as part of Main Roads WA and as such the response will be included in the MRWA response under the Minister for Transport.
