In reference to meeting the budgeted efficiency dividend, as of 30 July 2012, can the Minister provide for each department and agency in their portfolio areas:
(a) what programs and services will be cut;
(b) what program and services will be delayed or wound-back;
(c) will there be any cuts to staff numbers, and if so in which areas;
(d) will there be delays in filling vacant FTEs;
(e) will there be a FTE vacancy rate that is maintained on an ongoing basis;
(f) what new revenue measures are being introduced; and
(g) which existing fees and charges have been increased?
