I thank Hon Murray Criddle for some notice of the question. (1) The total project is estimated to cost $16 million. (2) The Muchea livestock centre will have an intensive operations area, holding and aggregation paddocks and general grazing paddocks. It is planned that the intensive operations area will include a five-hectare undercover area containing the cattle and sheep processing area, sheep and cattle holding and feeding areas, a multipurpose cattle and sheep area to be utilised as required in response to demand, saleyard offices and a café, in addition to stud selling and training areas. Truck unloading and loading facilities, an eight-bay truck wash, truck and trailer parking and car parking areas will also be provided. Appropriate access, water storage and effluent management structures will also be constructed. (3) The Western Australian Meat Industry Authority expects a return in the order of $16 million from the sale of the land, so it is a balance.
