SENIORS
STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK
947. Hon SUE ELLERY to the Minister for Seniors and
Volunteering:
I refer to the seniors strategic framework referred to in the
state budget papers.
(1) Has the framework been finalised; and, if so, when will
it be released?
(2) How many copies of the framework
will be printed?
(3) What will be the cost of that
printing?
(4) Will there be a launch of the
framework; and, if so, when will this occur?
(5) If yes to (4), what is the
estimated cost of the launch?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. On behalf of the Minister for Seniors and Volunteering, I provide the
following answer —
(1) The framework is in the final draft stage and is planned
for public release later this year.
(2) Stakeholders
will be encouraged to refer to the online version. However, a limited print run
will be undertaken.
(3) The cost is not yet finalised.
(4) A launch is in the planning
stages.
(5) It is still in the planning
stage so a cost estimate is not yet available.
