(1) According to the Development WA Website, "The State Government's Industrial Lands Panel has now approved Oakajee Strategic Industrial Area (SIA) land allocation in the latest move to make the greenfield site a globally competitive, multi-product renewable hydrogen industrial precinct. Noting the significant interest in the opportunity, the Industrial Lands Panel has agreed to allocate land to six proponents subject to negotiations and agreement being reached on key terms with DevelopmentWA as the State's central land development agency." Are all six identified proponents proceeding with their requests for land allocation at the SIA and, if so, which organisations are still proceeding with their requests
?
(2) By proponent, have any proposals received final approval for land allocation and, if so, when was that approval given. Please provide the name of each proponent and respective approval date?
(3) Where are the projects proposed by each of the continuing proponents at in their development phase (pre-feasibility study/feasibility study/detailed design/final investment decision etc.)?
(4) When does the Government anticipate that the continuing proponents will commence construction of their projects?
(5) Will the State Government or a State Government agency be connecting the SIA with the SWIS State electricity grid with a 330 kv power line and, if so, what is the anticipated date?
(6) Does the Government have an anticipated date for the construction of a port at the SIA and, if so, what is the anticipated date?
(7) Does the Government have any plans for any other works at the SIA (connection of services such as gas, water, sewerage; access roads etc)? If so, what works are planned and when is the anticipated commencement date for these works?
