(4) All stolen equipment is reported immediately, and the Police report number is recorded in our Register. Devices lost (or damaged beyond repair) are not reported as lost. Where a device is misplaced, a loan unit is made available to the staff member while they locate the original unit.
(5) No stolen equipment is recorded as having been recovered for this period.
(6) All were reported.
(7) Western Power educates its staff on the value of our assets and equipment, including mobile telephones and the importance on their correct operation and care. Western Power also recognises the value that mobile phones have in the safety management of our mobile workforce and places great importance on the management and use of these tools.
