(2) Not Applicable.
(3) The outage duration and frequency are above standards prescribed in the Electricity Industry (Network Quality and Reliability of Supply) Code which states that there should be no more than 16 outages per year of greater than 1 minute.
(4) Electricity supply in Kununurra is sourced from an Independent Power Provider and Horizon Power has a back-up power station if there is a failure from the Independent Power Provider.
