(1) What dates were all permits given, for these particular bulk haulage units, in the following -
(a) as a triple;
(b) as a superquad; and
(c) when concessional loading was given to each and every haulage as a triple and/or superquad?
(2) Will you supply a full and complete set of original conditions and restrictions on the original permits and each and every change or addition or alteration to the original conditions of these permits?
(3) Would you provide a copy (full, complete and absolute) of all weighbridge dockets showing individual axle group loadings from the Woodie Woodie weighbridge from the period December 1 2002 to March 3 2003 and to make available for inspection each and every weighbridge docket from the Woodie Woodie weighbridge showing each and every axle group of each and every truck using concessional loading from the date concessional loading was granted?

In view of the complexity and technical nature of the information sought, it is suggested that a more productive method of addressing the Honourable Member’s concerns would be through a meeting with senior agency staff. The Minister would be happy to arrange such a meeting at the Honourable Member’s convenience.
