Has the network account of any
current member of Parliament or their electorate officer's email
account been accessed by Department of the Premier and Cabinet staff without
the knowledge of the member or their staff?

To the best of my recollection, the
same question was asked of me the other week. Is that correct?
Mrs L.M. Harvey : No; it is
not the same.
Mr M. McGOWAN : Well, to the
best of my knowledge, the answer is no, but I will seek further advice to
confirm that that is correct.
