❓ A WA parliamentary question seeks data on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from 2008-2011 and clarifies how RPL figures are accounted for in training statistics. The answer provides the requested data and explains that RPL figures are separate from apprentice/trainee 'in training' numbers, though apprentices/trainees undertaking RPL are included in the RPL figures.
