I refer to the Minister's answer to Legislative Council Budget Estimates questions, in relation to water speed limit changes in the Swan River area around Matilda Bay, in which the Minister answered "No" when asked if there is any change planned to take place to speed limits in the area, and I ask: (a) does this answer factor in / include consideration of any Swan River Ferry Service Expansion-related plans?
