I refer to Table 8.1 on page 286 of Budget Paper No.3 of the 2011–12 Budget, and I ask:
(a) has the Minister sought or received advice on the projected Revenue to Government for Income Tax Equivalent Payments, and Dividends, for the financial years 2012–13, 2013–14 and 2014–15, from the assumed increase in tariffs detailed in the Budget Papers;
(b) what is the effect on the projected Revenue to Government for each of Horizon Power, Synergy, Verve Energy and Western Power in respect of Income Tax Equivalent Payments, and Dividends, for the financial years 2012–13, 2013–14 and 2014–15?

(a) Forecasts of the projected Revenue to Government for Income Tax Equivalent Payments and Dividends are developed as part of the Budget process and are incorporated into subsequent Strategic Development Plans and Statements of Corporate Intent for each of the Government Electricity Corporations.
(b) The projected Revenue to Government for each of Horizon Power, Synergy, Verve Energy and Western Power in respect of Income Tax Equivalent Payments and Dividends for the financial years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 is detailed in Table 8.4 - REVENUE TO GOVERNMENT FROM PUBLIC CORPORATIONS - on page 289 of Budget Paper No.3 of the 2011-12 Budget.
