(2) Did the Director of Policy and Reform have any direct experience in the fields of archaeology, anthropology or heritage management before being appointed to DAA and, if so, will the Minister specify details of any such experience including the context and relevant employer? (3) Has the Director of Policy and Reform declared any conflicts of interest to the department in relation to any previous employment? (4) If yes to (3), will the Minister specify which conflicts of interest were declared? 1. The Department of Aboriginal Affairs has four Director of Policy and Reform positions. Tertiary qualifications do not form part of the selection criteria for the position of Director of Policy and Reform within any Department of Aboriginal Affairs directorates.
