(1) - (4) As per my response to Question on Notice 1132, the report has not yet been provided to me by the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC).
(5) - (6) The 2005-2006 Progress Report has been finalised and released. A copy of the report is available on DEC's website.
(7) - (10)The reports for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 will be amalgamated to expedite reporting and are currently being completed. These reports will be made publically available on the DEC's website. A new reporting structure and format will be implemented in the 2009-2010 progress report.
(11) - (13) Program 3 is scheduled to begin following Program 1, which is near completion. Some preliminary work associated with Program 3 has commenced.
(14)DEC has reviewed a range of programs and has placed a high priority on maintaining its existing air quality monitoring networks and programs.
(15) - (18) I am advised that the Midland Background Air Quality Study report is undergoing final review before being presented to me.
