(1) The Western Australian Planning Commission - as interim manager until the property is transferred to the end manager.
(2) Transfer to the Department of Environment and Conservation is subject to the availability of funding for site management.
(3) The environmental assessment report, dated November 2002, was prepared by Sally Madden of the former Department for Planning and Infrastructure. The document contains mostly technical data.
