HEATHCOTE COORDINATION AGREEMENT
(1) Does the Government acknowledge the existence of the Heathcote coordination agreement executed on 9 January this year between the former Minister for Lands and the City of Melville, with consent being given by the then Minister for Works? (2) In view of recent press statements by various ministers about selling the Heathcote land, how does the Government propose to overcome or avoid its legal obligations under that agreement?
