This is a very special moment, Mr President. Just by chance, I do have two questions. (1) As a result of the Cannabis Control Bill 2003, will the Department of Education and Training modify the information about cannabis use that it provides to students in Western Australian schools? (2) If so, what changes have been or will be made, and will the minister table details of such changes? Hon GRAHAM GIFFARD
