(a) The remuneration received for selling four hectares of Riverside land at the Waterbank precinct is currently subject to a commercial contract with the preferred developer and still under negotiation.
(b) There are several conditions relating to time, cost, quality and scope placed on the developer as part of the Project Development Agreement.
(c) There are a variety of penalties and forfeiture conditions placed on the developer if they fail to deliver on the contract and completion dates. These conditions will be placed on the developer as part of the Project Development Agreement.
(d) Currently there are plans on the Waterbank site for 670 to 720 residential dwellings, including a proportion of affordable housing units, housing up to 1,500 new residents. Waterbank will also deliver 11,050 to 17,050 square metres of retail and commercial floor space for over 1,500 employees.
