I refer to the Hardship Utility Grant Scheme (HUGS) and for each suburb of the Mirrabooka electorate ask: (a) how many people applied for assistance in relation to water bills for each quarter between 2013 - 2015; (b) how many people paid penalty interest on late water bills for each quarter between 2013 - 2015: (i) what was the rate of interest payable; (ii) how much interest was raised between 2013 - 2015; and (iii) how has the penalty interest been used; and (c) how many people have had water supply restricted for non-payment of water bills in each quarter between 2013 - 2015?

(i) The current interest rate varies between 0 per cent and 12.38% per cent depending on customer circumstances. Prior to June 2013 the interest rate may have been up to 13.39% and prior to June 2014 up to 12.83%.
