(a) Grievances are dealt with under the relevant industrial agreement at line management level. (b) Central or local depending upon the nature of the matter. (c) In general these matters would be dealt with locally but would depend on the nature of the complaint. (d) Central. (2) The procedures are under development. (3) The Standards and Integrity Directorate will allow flexibility in procedures. This will be determined through a review of the proposed management model once it is in operation.
