(a)-(b) The relocation of the Premier and the Attorney-General to Dumas House is expected to result in net estimated savings of approximately $1.6 million over the forward estimates to 30 June 2021. This is based on the expiration of the existing lease at London House on 30 June 2018, avoiding a cost of approximately $2.4 million over the forward estimates, and an estimated cost of approximately $0.8 million to accommodate office moves.
These figures are estimates and are subject to a competitive procurement process being undertaken. A full breakdown of costs will be available once all the moves are complete.
