I refer to page 29 of the Forest Products Commission 2017 Annual Report, specifically the Forest Industry Working Group which secured $500,000 to support a number of projects to 'deliver a vision for the forestry industry in Western Australia', and I ask the Minister: (a) From whom were the funds secured; and (b) How will the funds be spent and please outline a list of the projects?

(a) The funds were secured from Royalties for Regions. (b) The funds will be spent in a manner consistent with the Memorandum of Understanding for the project between the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and the Forest Products Commission. Projects to be delivered include the Timber Industry Development Plan, a Farm Forestry Framework, a Transition to Native Sandalwood Plantations project and a Branding and Marketing Strategy for Western Australian Native Hardwood.
