PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT —
GRACETOWN
338. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the
minister representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to the
proposed development at Gracetown.
(1) Is the
Minister for Lands or his agencies aware of any reports published since January
2009 in relation to caves under the land at Gracetown and surrounds or in
relation to any proposed development of Gracetown?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what were
the names of the reports, the dates of publication and the names of the
authors; and
(b) did any of the reports comment
on the effect of the caves on any proposed development?
(3) If yes to (2)(b), will the minister table the reports;
and, if not, why not?
