(a) The exhibition expenditure budget for 'Peggy Guggenheim: A Collection in Venice' is $1.8million with a revenue target of $1 482 000 inclusive of $350 000 financial contribution from Eventscorp. The Art Gallery has supported the development, negotiation and organisation of this exhibition and in the delivery of marketing and public programs as the Great Collections of the World is the centrepiece of the Gallery's program for 2010-14.
(b) The financial agreement with Eventscorp will provide $400 000 to the Art Gallery each year for an annual international art exhibition 2011 through 2014.
(c) Total travel expenditure to 30 April 2010 in relation to the Guggenheim exhibition is $8 927.
