I refer to Perth Children's Hospital Ward 5A, and ask: (a) for each year since its opening, how many requests for repairs have been made for ward 5A; (b) of these requests, how long did it take for the repairs and have they all been completed; (c) did any of the infrastructure requests breach the Chief Psychiatrists Sexual Safety recommendations; (d) have there been any staff complaints regarding infrastructure issues on ward 5A; and (e) were any repairs for security-related concerns, what did they address and at what cost?
