I refer to the Building Condition Assessment (BCA) summary report for Falcon Primary School, and in particular Defect Number 65, in Block S of the school which has an ‘Estimated Treatment Cost’ of $54,350, and I ask, as at 1 December 2025: (a) Has this defect been fully remediated; (b) If no to (a), why not; and (c) If no to (a), when will it be fully remediated?

(a)-(c) The Building Condition Assessment is a routine point in time inspection and acts as a planning tool.
The process is designed to record facility conditions ranging from expected wear and tear to requiring urgent remediation.
Every highest priority defect identified in the latest BCA has been addressed and a further $11.3 million has been provided to address priority maintenance items.
Since 2017, the total number of defects in public schools has been reduced by more than 70% across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia.
Works related to defect number 65 are planned to be undertaken in February 2026.
