UNITED UTILITIES AUSTRALIA - NEGOTIATIONS WITH STATE GOVERNMENT
Has an independent negotiator been appointed to mediate between United Utilities Australia, a proponent of the Esperance-Goldfields desalination plant and pipeline, and the state government in relation to the supply of water to the goldfields by UUA, as per a recommendation of the interdepartmental report into this matter; and, if not, when will the appointment occur?
