I refer to the response to question without notice 633 about
the requirement that all ministers refer a conflict of interest, either
perceived or actual, to the cabinet secretary.
(1) Has the
cabinet secretary been notified of any conflicts of interest by Hon Dean Nalder
since 10 March 2014?
(2) If yes to
(1), on which date or dates did he notify the cabinet secretary and what were
the conflicts of interest reported?
(3) Did the cabinet secretary recommend any action as a
result of these notifications?
(4) If yes to (3), what action was recommended and was the
recommended action undertaken?

Following his appointment earlier this year, the minister provided the cabinet
secretary with information in regard to pecuniary and other interests as
required by section 6 of the Ministerial Code of Conduct. If the member is
aware of any specific public policies that she believes may have created a
perceived conflict of interest for the minister, I ask that she provide this
information and the matter will be referred to the cabinet secretary.
