representing the Premier:
I note the Premier is an avid
runner—a passion we both share.
(1) Does the
Premier prefer to get his run in during the mornings before work or in the
evenings after work?
(2) Does the
Premier agree that more hours of sunlight in the afternoon would give evening
runners more time to enjoy their passion and stay fit?

Two things—it is the very
last week and the jacarandas are out! I thank the honourable member for some
notice of the question. I refer the member to standing order 104, which states
that questions asked should relate to public affairs with which the minister is
connected, proceedings in the Council, or matters of administration for which
the minister is responsible.
