(1) The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) has no plans to vacate its current premises at 100 Plain Street East Perth.
(2) DMP has made no commitments or undertaken any negotiations to lease the whole or part of an office building currently under construction, on the site of the former FESA house in Hay Street, Perth.
