(1) Subject to detailed planning being undertaken, it is proposed to relocate the following sections of the Department of Education to the Central Office building at 151 Royal Street, East Perth following the move of the Department of Training and Workforce Development to the Optima Building in Osborne Park:
· Financial Services and Support.
· Audit and Risk Management.
· Employee Support Bureau.
· ICT Corporate Systems Branch.
(2) The above sections will be relocated from leased office accommodation at 8 Bennett Street, East Perth.
(3) Subject to detailed planning being undertaken, it is anticipated that the relocation of each section will occur during May-July this year.
(4) Until detailed planning has been undertaken it is not possible to provide costs associated with these relocations.
(5) The annual total rental and outgoings for the leased premises at 8 Bennett Street, East Perth, is $208 620.
