PRISONers REVIEW BOARD — CONTRIBUTION BY FORMER OFFENDERS
I refer to a report released in the United Kingdom entitled, “Unlocking Potential”, published by the CLiNKS taskforce. (1) What contribution is made by former offenders in respect of — (a) members of the Prisoners Review Board; (b) professional development of members of the Prisoners Review Board; and (c) policy relevant to offenders? (2) If nil to (1), what strategies will the Department of the Attorney General use to achieve contribution by offenders, former offenders and their families to policies, services and practices that affect them?
