(1) Have the buildings comprising the Immigration Centre Precinct at the Fremantle Port been assessed for their heritage significance and, if so, how was that assessment funded?
(2) If yes, what are the heritage values of each of those places?
(3) If any buildings have been assessed as having no heritage significance, on what basis was that decision made?
(4) Will the Minister release the documents including the Minutes of the Heritage Council at which that decision was made?
(5) If not, why not?
(6) If the assessment referred to above was funded through a Government agency, will the Minister agree that the document, whether in draft or final form, should be accessible for public comment and scrutiny?
