(b) The vehicle is provided for the use as outlined in (a) and comes with a fuel card. It should be recorded in addition that Mr Kevin Campbell, the present Chairman, does not claim any Lotterywest related expenses – ie. does not claim for phone calls, he uses his own computer for liaison with Lotterywest, and carries his own Internet service provider costs. (c) No log books are kept, but the Chairman reports each month to the Board on functions and other Lotterywest activities attended. Apart from approximately 2-3 weekly attendances at Lotterywest head office for business meetings, Mr Campbell attends between 10 – 15 functions and other business related activities on average a month, including from time to time country functions. The Chairman uses his own vehicle for his personal use in the evenings and weekends. (d) No

(a) A vehicle has been provided for many years to one member of the Board of Lotterywest for the purpose of undertaking Lotterywest related business, in particular for the purpose of attending the many community and other functions at which the Board is required to be represented. Since 1994, the vehicle has been specifically provided for the Chairman for that purpose.
