(1) With respect to the Kwinana Industrial Area, will the Minister confirm that the Load Based Licensing System is intended to cover the costs of management, including monitoring and associated services, in relation to pollution?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Load Based Licensing System be increased to cover the costs of the Cockburn Sound Management Authority?
(3) If not, why not?
(4) Will the Load based Licensing System be required to provide the funding for any waste abatement strategies for Cockburn Sound?
(5) If not, why not?
