LAND SUPPLY — HOUSING DIVERSITY PIPELINE
758. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the minister representing the
Minister for Lands:
I refer to reports in The West
Australian of Friday, 14 June, about the Cook government inviting
developer-led proposals for lazy land.
(1) How is the housing diversity
pipeline program being extended?
(2) How many hectares of lazy land
has the state government identified?
(3) On what date will developers be
able to provide proposals to develop land identified by them?
(4) Will the proposals in (3) be
submitted through the housing diversity pipeline program?
(5) How will the
current housing diversity pipeline program criteria around Metronet stations
and transport corridors change?
