SUNDAY TIMES POLICE RAID —DISCLOSURE OF CABINET DOCUMENTS
I refer the Premier to the police raid on the Sunday Times offices on 30 April 2008. (1) When did the Department of the Premier and Cabinet notify the Corruption and Crime Commission about its concerns that there had been unauthorised disclosure of cabinet documents? (2) Did Mr Mal Wauchope discuss Mr Murphy’s concerns with anybody in DPC or Treasury before lodging a complaint with the CCC? (3) Did the CCC or the police interview DPC staff; and, if so, who was interviewed, when, and was it done by the CCC or the police? (4) How many other complaints concerning unauthorised disclosure of cabinet material or deliberations has the Department of the Premier and Cabinet made to the police or the CCC during the current financial year?
