I refer to the KPMG 'Internal audit report Head Contractor Maintenance Model' released in March 2012, and I ask —
(1) Has the recommendation to include key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, timeliness and quality been accepted?
(2) As at 27 September 2012, has any work been done within the Department of Housing to implement these KPIs?
(3) If yes to (2), when did this work commence?
(4) When are these new KPIs expected to be implemented?
(5) Why has it taken some seven months to implement this recommendation?
