I refer to Nature Positive, and I ask: (a) will the new Nature Positive laws affect the current biodiversity offset requirements for mining projects in Western Australia; (b) are there concerns that the Commonwealth will legislate in a manner that will affect current offsets; and (c) do Western Australian offsets align with requirements currently for Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation offsets?
