380. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH to the
minister representing the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the properties at 140–142
Cobb Street, Doubleview.
(1) Are they still owned by the
Department of Housing?
(2) What was the
date of the car crash that damaged the carport and dividing fence of one of
these units?
(3) On what date was the department
informed of this crash and the damage to the property?
(4) Why has the damage to this unit
not yet been repaired?
(5) When will the unit be repaired?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of this question. The Department of Housing advises —
(1) Yes, the
department owns the complex, but the two front units are leased to Community
Housing Ltd.
(2)–(5) The
department is unable to provide an answer to these parts of the question in the
time available as it is ascertaining further information from Community Housing
Ltd. I request that the member place the question on notice so I can provide
the answers to the question.
