(a) Minaret Holdings Pty Ltd is the former company name of Benchmark Designer Homes Pty Ltd. The company changed name in 2010.
The remaining six names are trading names of Benchmark Designer Homes Pty Ltd. All complaints to the Building Commission are lodged against the company name, Benchmark Designer Homes Pty Ltd, irrespective of the trading name. The number of each type of dispute lodged to the Building Commission against Benchmark Designer Homes Pty Ltd is as follows:
Building Service complaints (disputes about the standard and quality of building work) four in 2012, five in 2014 and one in 2015.
Home Building Work Contract complaints (disputes about a breach of home building work contracts): one in 2013, one in 2014, and one in 2015.
Disciplinary complaints (disputes about the breach of a registered builder): two in 2013, one in 2014, and one in 2015.
