LOTTERYWEST GRANTS — VICTORY LIFE CENTRE
144. Hon
PETER COLLIER to the Leader of the
House representing the Premier:
I refer to the Premier's
response to question without notice 117 asked on Thursday, 13 May 2021.
(1) I refer to
the following comment in the freedom of information documents —
When
organisations complete their application are there guidelines that they get to
review and can we point to the fact they don't meet the
guidelines as outlined in the application process as well?
Do such guidelines exist in the
application process; and, if so, where in any of the documentation is it
required to be completed?
(2) Where in the ''Supporting
the Most Vulnerable'' and ''Community Investment Framework''
documents do they indicate that an applicant must adhere to inclusion and
aligning with the values of Lotterywest, as stated in answers (1) and (2) of
the Premier's response?
(3) In relation to answer (3) of the Premier's
response, did Lannie Le-Patterson, senior media adviser, or anyone else
inform the Premier of the Margaret Court Community Outreach issue; and, if so,
who informed the Premier and when?
