I refer to your media statements of 7 November and 19 November 2022 in relation to the Volunteer Employer Recognition Awards and events held in Perth and Albany Respectively, and I ask: (a) what was the cost of each event held; (b) who was invited to each event; (c) who attended each event; (d) who was the decision maker in relation to invitations for each event; (e) who issued invitations for each event; (f) did the Minister or his office provide any advice or guidance to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services as to who should, or should not be invited to each event; and (g) if yes to (f), please detail what that advice or guidance was and table any relevant document?
