1456. Hon KEN TRAVERS to the
Minister for Agriculture and Food:
I refer to Perth Market Authority Direction 2015 No 2 that the
minister issued.
(1) Will the minister table a copy of the direction he gave
the Perth Market Authority on 2 July 2015?
(2) Has the minister issued any other directions to Perth
Market Authority; and, if yes, will he table them?
(3) Has the minister or his office received any requests from
the authority for advice about this direction?
(4) Has the authority provided the minister or his office
with any advice or updates on this direction?
(5) Has the minister or his office received any notices in
accordance with section 5(c) of this direction?
