CLIVE PALMER —
LEGAL ACTION
272. Hon WILSON TUCKER to the Leader of the House
representing the Premier:
I
refer to the defamation action brought by Clive Palmer against the Premier and
I note that by convention the taxpayer is paying for the Premier's
legal defence costs. Is the taxpayer paying for the cost of any other minister
involved in this case such as legal costs, travel costs to attend court or any
other associated costs? If so, please provide a breakdown.
