I refer to the commitment to build nine passing lanes on Albany Highway and ask will the following passing lanes be completed in the 2014–2015 financial year as promised, and if not why not: • 2.1km northbound passing lane on Albany Highway at Settlement Road • 1.9km southbound passing lane on Albany Highway at Tunney • 1.8km southbound passing lane on Albany Highway at Narrikup?

· The Settlement Road northbound passing lane was completed in late January 2015.
· The construction of the Tunney southbound passing lane is experiencing delays gaining Federal environmental approval, however works are expected to commence this financial year.
· The Narrikup south bound passing lane is on schedule.
