WESTERN POWER - SUPPLY ISSUES
I refer to Western Power. (1) Does a consumer become eligible for an $80 extended outage payment if the consumer has been affected by a continuous outage lasting for more than 12 hours? (2) If yes to (1), was a Round Hill consumer denied access to this payment when he was affected by a continuous power outage that extended from 8.00 pm to 10.00 am the next morning, as it was deemed that the power outage occurred over two days and therefore was not deemed to have been continuous? (3) Why has Western Power not reimbursed the Town of Cambridge for prepaying for street lighting in The Boulevard after Western Power failed to provide it? Hon KIM CHANCE
