refer to the clearing and development being undertaken on the former Bush
Forever 325 site for the Ocean Reef Marina and to the recent emails from Iva
Hayward-Jackson concerning the possibility of Aboriginal Burials in the area,
and I ask: (a) have any surveys for Aboriginal Heritage been
performed on this area; (b) has any consultation with the First Nations people of the area been undertaken; and (c) if no to (b), will the Minister commit to stopping
works until such time as consultation has been undertaken?
